S. C. Mittal
Mittal is the founding member of BizTek. He was on the Board of IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Limited, a JV of IFFCO and Bharti Airtel and has worked as Sr. ED (Management Services & IT) and Group CTO in IFFCO. He has more than 39 year experience in Information Technology, out of which 30 Years leading the IT Team in IFFCO. He was responsible for setting up of IT Division in IFFCO and implementing various ICT Initiatives in the Company. Mittal was also the member of several Committees such as the IT Advisory Committee of IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance Company, Audit Committee and Business Development Committee of IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Ltd and IT Advisory Committee of Fertilizer Association of India. He had been President of “CIOs of India”, a Forum of CIOs having more than 250 Members from April 2010 till March 2013 and now associated as a mentor. He is a member of License Management Steering Committee of Oracle, HQ at San Francisco. He had been the Jury to Annual Next 100 Awards by 9.9 Media, Annual CIO 100 Awards by IDG India, Indian Express Technology Senate Awards and Frost & Sullivan India ICT Awards. He was among the first CIOs in India to outsource facility management of IT and was also among the first one to develop and implement PKI-based e-Procurement in the country in the year 2002. Mittal has presented several papers at National and International Forums and has received several awards like “Hall of Fame Award”, “Best Innovative IT Award”, “Green IT Award”, “Uptime Championship Award”, “Edge Technology Award”, “Metallurgists Day Award from SAIL”, “Smart Workplace Award”, “Great Mind Challenge For Business Award from IBM”, “Skoch Digital Inclusion Award”, “Business Impact Award” , Certificate of Appreciation from Microsoft for development of e-procurement Solution and “Award on Application of ICT in Agriculture in 2014” from Fertilizer Association of India. He had also received CIO 100 Awards continuously for 4 Years from IDG, India. He had been felicitated by CIO Association of India and Dell India for being among the Top 10 Indian CIOs in 2012 & 2013 and again among the Top 50 Indian CIOs in 2014. He has widely visited India and Abroad and has attended several IT Conferences and Forums. He is a regular Speaker and Panellist on various IT Forums, Fertilizer Industry Forum and various Engineering and Management Institutes.
S.P. Arya
SP Arya, is a technocrat carriying an experience of more than 32 years and had held Head IT level positions in Surya Roshni, JK Dairy and Foods and then CIO level position Hero Cycles, LPS group and Amtek Group. He has been pioneer in creating IT infrastructure and various IT Solutions implementation in all these companies and took these to next level of use of IT. His forte has been ERP (SAP, Oracle and Ramco) evaluation and implementation besides devising IT strategy and planning execution. He has the credit of introducing SAP ERP in Hero Group in year 2000 with successful first implementation in Hero Cycles. He also has credit of reviving one failed SAP implementation. Besides being Group CIO of Amtek Group, he had additional portfolio of COO of their Infotech Company and Additional Director of Fenace Auto Limited, manufacturing high quality Iron castings. He also mentors two startups as his passion to groom these. He has been writing actively in various magazines and web blogs and participated in many penal discussions as speaker as well moderator. He figured in top best 50 CIOs for 3 consecutive years and awarded in CIO Power list 2015 in two categories. He has been General Secretary, vice President and President of CIOs Of India, a forum by CIOs for CIOs in Delhi and NCR with more than 300 CIOs as members. Being on key positions, he has been key to successful IT knowledge sharing events for IT professionals, held during this period from 2009 to 2015. He has been jury member of one of the prestigious award “IT Next 100” since its inception.
Umesh Rastogi
Umesh is the founding member of BizTek. He has 38 Years IT Experience to his credit mainly in Cement, Pharmacy, Pre-Engineering Building and Finance Domain. He started his carrier with Ministry of Finance under National Informatics Centre in year 1978-1980. Thereafter, he worked as Senior Management in MNC like Glaxo Laboratories, Turner & Nevell Group United Kingdom, ETEX Group Belgium etc. His last organization was Everest Industries Limited, New Delhi. He has worked extensively on Infra Structure Management – including Outsourcing, IT Process Validation, Business Process Analysis and System Design, License Management, Financial Analysis and BI, Change Management and ERP Implementation, People Management and Training.
